Scans of very slight label variations added, showing ST instead of NP.

My mistake. Of course, you are right. There is a street named Derech Allenby in Haifa. I've fixed this below.

It is a nice store sticker, but the Allenby Rd. I know is in Tel Aviv. Is there another one in Haifa?

Great Israeli record store sticker (B. Bailin, 67 Allenby Rd.) on the label, by the way!

"Make Mine Music" was a 1946 animated Disney movie consisting of lots of different short films, including "Johnny Fedora and Alice Blue Bonnet". The accompanying song, performed by the Andrews Sisters, was written by Allie Wrubel and Ray Gilbert.
