I find the praguefrank site is usually quite reliable, except it doesn't actually offer a date for this reissue on Okeh, which came out after Columbia discontinued the Vocalion label it had acquired from ARC.
Based on the label style, this is a 1941 release:
Late 1941 CBS-style Okeh label with 3 lines of patent text below the logo, listing the patents 1625705 and 1702564, but still without needle promotion; cf. M. Sherman & K. Nauck, "Note the Notes," page 9. The needle promotion appears on Columbia CBS and these Okeh labels from 1942-1951, cf. comments at https://www.45worlds.com/78rpm/record/35301.
I'll just leave the dates open as I do not have any of the correct databases or paper catalogs to do the research. If I go to five different databases, I'll get three different dates.
The Online Discographical Project. Some of the Okeh labels are listed under Vocalion. Same recordings, just a different label. I think that the dates listed are recording dates and not release dates, but I could be wrong, anyways it is better then guessing.
