 This is indeed: Paul Godwin and his Dance Orchestra.
Side B has little in common with Hawaii, only the word "Hawaii" is mentionend sometimes.

 This seems to be the same recordings as on All Russian State Corporation (Gramplastrest) 104/111.
So the recording on the A side is Paul Godwin and his Dance Orchestra, recorded in 1931, with vocals by Arpolin Numa:

 Artist should be: Джаз-оркестр с пением ('э Э' and 'з З' are separate letters). This entry is a generic term 'jazz orchestra with vocal', not the name of an artist.

Side B title should be: Гавайский вальс ('ы' and 'ль' are confused here)
