| slholzer 31st Dec 2014 | If the numbers at the bottom of the disc are intended to be dates, the number on side A is inaccurate. "I'm Wild About My Patootie" was recorded by Columbia as part of its race record series on January 8, 1932. "Don't Tear My Clothes" was recorded by Vocalion as "Don't Tear My Clothes No. 2" on January 26, 1937, but not by Victoria Spivey as indicated. The vocalist on that occasion was Mary Mack of the Billy and Mary Mack singing team. | |
