Both sides rec. 27Jan51, Cincinnati, with the Dominoes and the Johnny Otis Orchestra masquerading as Earle Warren & His Orchestra (Warren prev. with Count Basie and by 1951 played alto sax in the Otis band). Otis was possibly still under contract with Savoy (his last recordings for Savoy were in March 1951) but he seems to have followed Ralph Bass to Federal and this is the first of a number of Otis-related recordings to appear on Federal.

Not "The Deacon Moves In", with The Dominoes, but "Other Lips, Other Arms" was the top side of this record as the Cash Box review and all King/Federal ads testify, corresponding with King's and Federal's "AA" designation for their top sides. Unlike the 45 rpm issue, the 78 rpm didn't come out in March 1951 but already in February as the early Cash Box review date suggests. (Release date, side designation and notes now adjusted, Cash Box review uploaded.)
