 Accurate release dates are in The Columbia: 13/14000-D Series. Record Handbook No. 1. 2nd ed. Paperback – 1961 by Dan Mahony, a book that I sadly don't own. Some of these are considered on several sources like Discogs, e.g. specifying January 20, 1928 for 14276-D and 14277-D, so this one here was either released on the same day or ten days earlier.

As I don't know better, I have decided for a plain January 1928 release date.
[Edit: specified to 20 January, according to Dan Mahony's book, page 40]

 @fixbutte I can't link to that website because of VPN issues. If you have the month of release maybe you will be so kind as to correct it.

 @Mike Gann:
this record was not released in April 1928 as the cited Columbia advertisement was featuring Lillian Glinn's next release, All Alone And Blue / Come Home Daddy on Columbia 14300-D, and only mentioning this one here as her last one, apparently released in January 1928.

See my list Mama's Got the Blues (and Papa Too): Bessie Smith and Columbia's Race Records Series for both issues.
