xiphophilos 18th Apr 2019		In "Jazz and Ragtime Records", 6th ed., page 202, Rust identifies the singer as Arthur Fields: https://78records.files.wordpress.com/2017/06/rust_jazz-records_free-edition-6.pdf Rust also deems these records "of minimal jazz interest." At least Red Nichol's cornet on "Headin' For Harlem", though, is quite hot, and I enjoy Arthur Fields' vocals there as well. The song is a nice Charleston dance number.
