From what I have observed and added to the label guide:
"Until late 1931, the labels continued to show the company name as Perfect Record Company. Then the space for the company name was left empty for a brief time. From early 1932 on, the labels said Product of American Record Corporation. Later that same year, the matrix number moved from the bottom of the label to the left of the spindle hole."
So the 2 black labels are both represses from later in 1932.
It's interesting that the first issues were still pressed on red shellac and credit the Perfect Record Company, even though these recordings were made fully 2+ years after Perfect became an ARC product.
Per 15531 - images added of the original label (#1 A/B red) and the 2nd edition (#2 B black). The 3rd & 4th edition are already present and more common. - The first label type ends in this series with Per 15551, and shows more sun rays and girls with long hair. The credit is printed differently on the 4 label types.
