Vic 16113 - added both sides of the next Victor label type, with 3 patent lines of equal length (Sherman's 6B2). So now there is a real A-side label. The original issue has the first 5-line patents 1908 label (6A1) and is, just as a later batwing release, on archive, which has free downloads of music & labels, so I have added its A-side label.

The take numbers could be covered up by the label too.

On both sides, the catalog number is stamped, but nothing else that I can see.

Mid 1911-mid-1912 black Victor Patents Label with three lines of patent information, ending in "Emile Berliner Victor Talking Machine Co.", cf. M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Victor Records, 2nd ed., page 75.

What do the runouts of your copy say? There should be a small take number near the 9 o'clock position of your record's runouts.

If this was a stamp, you'd probably sit on a gold mine now. ;-) But with records, these mislabelings happened not too rarely, and they are not particularly desirable.

Just imagine a label press operator pulling out a label from a stack, attaching it, turning the record on its back, pulling out another label from another pile, and attaching that one too. If you do that all day, you are bound to forget at some point if you've just attached the A side label or the B side label.
