We need to be very careful when assigning any 'Pietro' accordion recording to Diero, as there was also another very well known 'Pietro' - Pietro Frosini who recorded on many labels (example here).

John Bolig indicates in the Victor Black Label Discography 18000/19000 Series that the members of the All Star Trio for this session are not listed in Victor's recording logs. He therefore declines to identify them. If you choose to believe that they were F. Wheeler Wadsworth on alto sax, Victor Arden on piano, and George Hamilton Green on xylophone, however, you probably won't be wrong. Those three pretty much were the All Star Trio until at least 1920. Rust had no problem assigning all of the records from that time frame to them, and neither do I.

Pietro's full name was Pietro Deiro, Although there is no mention of it on the label, Bolig shows "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows" as part of the piano-accordion medley, which would explain why it is called a medley on the label in spite of only naming one tune.
