 Han, I am actually wondering if the Fall 1923-1926 Batwing labels without price and without needle promotion are earlier or later than the ones with the needle promotion.

At some point, I looked through our Victors and got the impression that the needle promotion “For best results use Victrola Tungs-tone Needles” was added in 1924.

But then I noticed Victor 19627 (released May 1925). And Victor 19811 (released Dec. 1925) exists both without and with needle promotion.

So now I feel simply confused.
