 There is indeed a prefix of "S", as stated, i.e. S2001 (underneath is a very small letter "N"). Apologies for the omission.

 Does this record's catalog number have an S-prefix? Since it has a 2000ff. catalog number, it should be one of the 1931 Brunswick releases on Supertone:

"When Gennett faltered in 1930, Sears contracted production of Supertone to the Brunswick Radio Corporation. More than 200 releases, numbered in a new S-prefixed series, were produced before Sears discontinued the label in mid-1931" (source).
