 Billboard RCA ad- “This week’s new releases” June 12, 1948
The Harlem Record and Appliance Shop was located in the heart of Milwaukee’s Bronzeville District, and was THE place to buy R&B and blues records in the 1940’s and 50’s. Unfortunately, the property was acquired and building razed in the early 1960’s during the construction of the national interstate system.
