 The picture sleeve must be in response to Nat King Cole's 1949 release of the same title. It also has the same new title variant, "My Two Front Teeth" as the label variant Bob uploaded.

 Looks good fredhoyt. I wonder if "the one, the only, the original" is in reference to some other version of the song. I'm not aware of any others prior to Nat Cole's recording in 1949.

 Label variant images added. The design at the bottom of the label is different. Also added the label with "My two front teeth" as the title.

 There are at least three versions of this disc. There is the illustrated version with two unbroken circles around the label and the A side title as "All I Want For Christmas (is My Two Front Teeth)". There is a version that is identical to the illustrated version except that there is a break in both outer circles at the very top (12 o'clock position) of the label on both sides. Finally, there is a version that is identical to the illustrated version except that the A side title is shown as "My Two Front Teeth (All I Want For Christmas)".
