xiphophilos 17th Jan 2023		That seems a safe guess. The Recording Angel trademark instead of Nipper was, to my knowledge, only used in Russia. The reason why the Nipper trademark was considered inappropriate for the Russian market was probably the Russian saying "“He sings like a dog," as Howard Friedman explains at https://www.russian-records.com/details.php?image_id=7698

xiphophilos 17th Jan 2023		That means that the language of the song is German (which is, admittedly, also strange here, given its French title). But German releases would have been pressed in Hanover, Germany. Records pressed in Riga were sold in the Russian Empire (as the Russian tax stamp here shows).
