I'm a little confused. It would seem that I may also have confused things for some of the rest of you. I don't recall proposing a change in the artist credit, but I'm credited with a correction, so maybe I did, but if I did, I don't recall what it was and I don't see it either.

First, the current entry accurately describes the label as submitted by 78-Ron. It never did otherwise, that I know of. If the illustrated version of the label has been changed from anything else or later was changed, I am not aware of it. Could have been, but I haven't seen it.

If we weren't aware of it before, most of us now know (at least I thought we did), that different RCA pressing plants inserted changes in the labels that originated from their plants by which their plant's product could be identified. This exact same disc which has a break at the top in the double circles around the label's edge, was also printed by other plants without the break at the top. One of those plants had unbroken double circles that ended hard against the RCA "meatball" at the bottom, and one had unbroken circles that do not actually contact the "meatball". Thus, they are deliberate variants from this label. Those variants also differed from this label in that they read "and the" where this label reads "and his", which may or may not be deliberate. As far as I know, these three labels were contemporaneous. As with the illustrated label, I am not aware that either of the other two was ever any different than I have described it. There is no right or wrong label among the three, there simply are three different versions.

The version illustrated reads "and his Rainbow Ranch Boys". Two other pressing plants changed that to "and the Rainbow Ranch Boys".
