 Vic 21055 - I think the added word is an order code, to avoid errors or difficult-to-read catnrs or long artist+title descriptions, or at least it confirms the cat.nr. Or Victor used it to mail the correct records from its magazines. - The cross index mentions records with the same tune.

 I have a few of these Victor dealer's slips too, and mine all show the release date printed under the catalog number (e.g. 24316, 21996 and 22073). I wonder what date range these were used? The example here doesn't show a release date, so I assume it was associated with a repressing? The other thing about these slips I don't understand is the word in parentheses beneath the catalog number ("Cubatoris" for this example, "Deliadarum", "Cydaris" and "Cynia" for mine). What do these signify?
