soultwinz SUBS 11th Feb 2018		The record entered the Billboard charts on the 28th June 1952..peaking at #12 in an 8 week chart run



xiphophilos 30th Jul 2017		Based on Billboard, Jun. 14, 1952, p. 43, the two songs on Capitol 2122 were recorded for the BBS label "many weeks ago" before June 1952, together with Martino's hit "Here In My Heart". Billboard, May 3, 1952, p. 42 reports Martino's signing by Capitol, which then also acquired the two unreleased masters that are on this record.



slholzer 30th Jul 2017		The Online Discographic Project (78rpmdiscography) shows the recording date for these tracks as June 28, 1952. If that is correct, then a June release date is probably a little early.
