 The center label ring, by the way, is an indication that this record was indeed pressed in the United States, cf. the article by Colin J. Bray and Jack Litchfield at https://www.capsnews.org/apn1993-5.htm.

Canadian pressings seem to have no such pressing ring AND no stamper numbers.

 Actually, the label scans say "Made and M(anu)f(acture)d in U.S.A." This is a US release that was sold both in the US and Canada, which is why both the US and the Canadian patent registration are mentioned: "Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." / "Reg. in Canada". This phrase appears on all Velvet Tone labels since some time in early 1930.

 Label Image shows made in Canada instead of U.S.A., though Catalogue Number may be the same for Velvet Tone.
