Now that we have fantastic images of this record (thank you, ediscog), I have moved thebluesneverdie's comment from the record notes here (thank you, thebluesneverdie, but please put such historical outline into the comments):

This record was the first to bring a law-suit against JR, due to authorship of the B-side. This was a very old song written by Joseph Stern and Edward B. Marks, titled "Mother Was A Lady". JR recorded the song, changed the title, and claimed authorship, believing the writers would be long dead. Such was not the case. Although very elderly, the writers brought a writ against JR, who admitted the error. All copies of the record were quickly withdrawn and returned to be re-labelled with the correct title and writers. Subsequently, copies of 21433 bearing JR's name as writer, with the new title, are exceedingly ultra-rare. The record was soon re-issued with the correct title and writers.

Anyway, it seems that the displayed label of the B-side is such a rare one with the uncorrected title "If Brother Jack Were Here" and Jimmie Rodgers claiming authorship.
