 I added it just now.

Don't know about the year but guessing 1948.

 Will do.

Also added a Victor (Victor-Record) 16113 today - you should check it out.
It's a cool record, and also has a bonus oddity that makes is unique

Thanks! That confirms my suspicion that my copy couples two particularly successful B sides, Royale 215 B with Royale 8014 B.

I had no idea, though, that the combination of "Bar Room Polka" with "The Blue Skirt Waltz" was released (probably simultaneously) on both the Royale and the Varsity label under the same catalog number, 8014. Owner Eli Oberstein had revived both of these labels in mid-1948, and apparently, he issued the same material on both. Not sure why he felt the need to use two different label names.

Could you please create an entry for your version if you haven't done so already?

 Hi xiphophilos!

I also have a copy of Royale 8014. But it's this:

A:
Bar Room Polka (Vaughn Horton)
Tommy Clayton and String Band; 113 (V1090)

B:
The Blue Skirt Waltz (Mitchell Parish, Vaclav Blaha)
Tommy Clayton and String Band; 113 (V1091)

On Royale's sister label, Varsity, "Whispering Hope" was released on Varsity 215 in November 1949, with "I Never See Maggie Alone" as the A side and reviewed in Billboard, Nov. 26, 1949, p. 31 (source).

Earlier in 1948, Varsity had issued "Bar Room Polka" (mx V1090) and "The Blue Skirt Waltz" (mx V1091) on Varsity 8014.

So this record seems to be a combination of what I assume were two earlier bestsellers.
