 Unfortunately the YouTube video doesn't work here (outside of the USA). This seems to be the first version of "Singin' In The Rain" on record, although it was performed before on film ("Hollywood Revue of 1929") by Cliff Edwards and the Brox Sisters.

Here's the soundtrack version by Cliff "Ukulele Ike" Edwards:




[Edit: Cliff Edwards was actually earlier on record too, his version on Columbia 1869-D was recorded on May 28, 1929, see e.g. Red Hot Jazz.]
