xiphophilos 26th Sep 2017		The info must have been in the Victor ledgers after all. DAHR (see now the notes above) gives the full name of Reisman's singer as Larry Levin. Elsewhere on the internet, his name is also given as Lou Levin. "Quiéreme", by the way, which was originally listed as the composer, is Spanish for "Love Me."



slholzer 26th Sep 2017		Rust's American Dance Band Discography shows the unidentified vocalist on side B as one L. Levin. Apparently, L. Levin cut 24 sides with Reisman's orchestra over the span of August thru November, 1929 without leaving enough of a mark for Rust to know his first name. Is it possible that he never received more than an anonymous vocal credit on any of those sides? Or that his full name was never entered in the RCA files?
