 Exactly, the British The Gramophone Co. (label "His Master's Voice") held the British rights on the Nipper trademark.

 Its one of the British import paste-over ones, the sticker hides the Nipper logo as it was trademarked to a different company.

 Strange that they would put a "Victor" sticker over the label when it likely already said "Victor".
