 Interesting promo coupling with the former singer of the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra singing hillbilly on side one. The promo can be firmly dated August 1948, as both sides were announced among the advance records in Billboard of September 4, 1948 (for week ending August 27 - page 30 and 34 respectively).

I haven't found Eberly's side on YouTube but the spirited "Hair Of Gold (Eyes Of Blue)", with the same group released around the same time on Decca 2481, is there:
