 This was Tommy Dorsey's now classic theme song, which he had recorded with the Dorsey Brothers' Orchestra twice before (in 1932 and 1934, with vocals of Jean Bowes and Bob Crosby respectively). The arrangement for the instrumental "mini concerto" was notated by saxophonist Noni Bernardi and included a short, eight-bar piano solo by Paul Mitchell. Bernardi changed the structure of the song to more effectively highlight Dorsey's trombone solo. As he is quoted, "I put the structure down, but Tommy Dorsey made the song" (see the biography Tommy Dorsey: Livin' in a Great Big Way by Peter J. Levinson for more.)
