These stickers are exactly the kind that I hate most. This old white tape is really difficult to remove. The other stickers come off easily when rinsed with warm water, but this stuff ... It only comes off if the glue is still relatively fresh. Sometimes, though, the adhesive is so dried out that you can just pull off the surface of the sticker and then carefully scratch off the remaining, crumbly glue with a fingernail.
With the A side here, I probably would not even try that since the label has been damaged once before when someone ripped off an earlier name sticker, and the thin spot on the paper label may no longer take kindly to being soaked in warm water.
Added label variants. Images 636635 and 636636 are Indianapolis pressings from between 1946-1947, my scans (790336 and 790337) represent Hollywood pressings from the same time period.
