han enderman 15th Nov 2021		Co 2556-X - added A-side with description Canción Mexicana (i.e., same as on the B side). The other A-side here has the description Corrido Mexicano, and possibly this was a correction.

xiphophilos 13th Nov 2021		You are right. The X-series was an export series, produced by Columbia in New York as the successor to its earlier C-series. It features Portuguese and Spanish-language releases and was distributed in the Southwestern United States, in Spanish-speaking Central and South America, and in Portuguese-speaking Brazil. Starting in late 1923 with 1000-X for Portuguese and 2000-X for Spanish releases, the Spanish series ended with 6705-X in 1951.
