 Your copy must be in near-mint condition. Mine has definitely been through a bit. Both copies are from sometime in 1925. Yours, with Columbia Phonograph Company above the patent text, represents the original release. Mine, with Columbia Phonograph Company, Inc., is slightly later.

 The label represents the later of two versions of Columbia's "Flag Label" (Columbia Phonograph Company with Inc., larger white print at bottom), used between 1924-1925 (cf. Mike Sherman & Kurt Nauck, "Note The Notes: An Illustrated History of the Columbia Record Label 1901-1958," p. 30).
