 Added labels from my collection.

Also added day of issue from DAHR:

Discography of American Historical Recordings, s.v. "Victor 26116 (Black label (popular) 10-in. double-faced)," accessed May 27, 2017, http://adp.library.ucsb.edu/index.php/object/detail/24346/Victor_26116.

I don't know if different labels of this record exist but the blurry A-side label on eBay has "Freed, Arnheim, Lyman" as composers (not only "Freed"), so I'll add these too. 78discography.com has the three of them as well.

Digging deeper I also found an image of a reissue of this record on RCA Victor ("RE-ISSUED by Request") with the same cat#, apparently from 1946 or later. It has the full composer names on the B-side (Art Kassel, Dick Burton). As I don't know the original B-side label, I leave it here as it is.

You're right. Both sides were recorded on Nov 22, 1938 and the record was (most probably) released in Dec 1938. I also added the featured vocalist as seen on the A-side label and the musicians from http://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/8391334.
