 Obernkirchen would be correct (the German Wikipedia article explicitely mentions the Obernkirchener Kinderchor, founded in 1949, now renamed Schaumburger Märchensänger).

 Curiously enough, released in the UK on Parlophone (as noted on this label), but released in Canada (on Decca) and Australia (on Parlophone) with the artist name spelled differently -- Obernkirchen in the UK and Obenkirchen in Australia and Canada. The Canadian release carries variations of the Parlophone master numbers in the dead wax (WCPE14844 and WPCE14843 as opposed to CE14844 and CE14843 on the Parlophone release).
