Diva 3066-G - Excellent ! I fully agree that on the label the main title is in capitals, but even in Rust (Jazz Records, 5th ed, title index) the title is only listed under "I", with both parts separated by a long dash. - Now only the question mark has to be added to track A (it is already on the Publix). Actually the "?" is added in the title of the sheet music on p.2 !

The A title is "(I'm A Dreamer) Aren't We All," with "I'm A Dreamer "the subtitle, see the sheet music here. The Diva label signals this by listing the main title, "AREN"T WE ALL", in all-caps.

Diva 3066-G - image added of a-side (should be moved up) plus a better image of the b-side.
And a quick source for info about mxs & dates is of course on-line discographical project.
It would be best to make the spelling of the A-side identical to the spelling on the Publix release.

Pity about the absence of the other label. It so happens the label of the same title is missing from the 'Linked Release' (on Publix) so I can't determine the matrix no. (which is the same on both).
