fixbutte 18th Feb 2017		Original set of labels added, with the "Price 79c, Tax Incl," printed on them. As the other Aladdin labels show, the price indication was removed by the company in early 1951. So the labels with the price have been moved up here accordingly (and along with that, the previously uploaded "photoshopped" B side label has been deleted).



vocalion red 19th Oct 2016		I gotta admit.....I never would have guessed or even noticed it. What was the reason for the subterfuge? Is this a particularly rare or valuable record ? Why would anybody take the effort to do this ? (just thinking out loud)



fixbutte 18th Oct 2016		Sorry to say that, but the B-side label here is a fake as well, apparently produced from the A-side label with some letters of the B-side title copied from the A-side and others manufactured. The actually quite similar-looking original B-side label, unfortunately cropped at the top, is to be seen on eBay (or here). (Look at the different "M" for example.)
