fixbutte 15th May 2020		Both sides were recorded live in July 1951 at Frank Bull & Gene Norman's Blues Jamboree (the record label incorrectly reads "Jubilee") at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium, but the record was not released before April 1953, with the catalog number out of chronological order. The B-side, "Too Much Jellyroll", is an early Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller composition. See also Cash Box May 2, 1953, p. 24 (Rhythm 'n Blues Reviews).
