 "Der Kongress tanzt" (1931) is a charming Cinderella story set at the Vienna Congress in 1815. I had no idea the movie was so popular back then that its theme songs were picked up outside of Germany and translated into English. Apparently, though, the UFA (Universal Film AG) shot (not just dubbed) versions in English and French as well (imdb).

Here is Lilian Harvey in a clip from the movie with her theme song "Das gibt's nur einmal, das kommt nie wieder" (das ist zu schön, um wahr zu sein) [This happens only once, this will never happen again; this is too nice to be true]:

 "Congress Dances" is a 1932 film starring Conrad Veidt and Lilian Harvey. "Just Once For All Time" is the English version of the song "Das gibt's nur einmal, das kommt nie wieder."
