 As confirmed by mickey rat on 45-3341, Patty Anne Mesner actually was the leader of this female group.

 The Charmers, a "new chick group" according to the Billboard review, had two singles on Aladdin, probably recorded on the same session. However, whereas "Johnny My Dear" / "All Alone", on Aladdin 3337, already came out in Oct 1956 (review in Billboard of Oct 20, 1956), this here was released only about one year later.

As both tunes were partly written by Patty Anne (Mesner), the stepdaughter of Aladdin owner Eddie Mesner, it may be that she was part of the vocal group at that time. Patty Anne, whose name is also seen as Patti Anne, made four records on Aladdin from Aug 1952 to Feb 1955 ("Shtiggy Boom" among them, see vocalgroupharmony.com). Later she adopted the stage name Nora Hayes, see http://acerecords.co.uk/rock-all-night-mp3.
