The two lines of patent texts on your label were only used from 1946 to 1948.

1946-1948 CBS label with two lines of patent text under COLUMBIA, listing patent 1702564, cf. M. Sherman & K. Nauck, "Note the Notes," page 9.

The successor design was:
1948-1950 CBS label on glossy red label stock with a narrow, two-line patent text under COLUMBIA that no longer lists patent 1702564, cf. M. Sherman & K. Nauck, "Note the Notes," page 35.

Added a pair of images of a late 40s repress, with two lines of patent information beneath "Columbia" (ca. 1946-49).
