 This reissue series (420-0031 to 420-0047) was a tie-in to the successful movie "The Glenn Miller Story", which was released in the US on February 17, 1954.

 This was a vinyl pressing of the regular consumer issue as a part of the RCA Victor Collectors Issue series.

I believe that this is why it is designated as 'New Sound'. It appears that the silhouette label may have been reserved solely for these vinyl issues

There may be over 20 records in the series ranging from 420-0026 up to 420-0047
