Thanks for alerting us that the catalog number (i.e., Order-Nr.) and label design show that this is not an American release. It is indeed, as you suspected, a German Brunswick release. The catalog nr. fits a 1929 release date.

"Coquette" was an American film starring Mary Pickford and released on April 6, 1929.(imdb). Mary Pickford won an Oscar for her role in it. "Berlin" is not the German capital here but refers to Irving Berlin who wrote the movie's theme song, "Coquette."

"Lover, Come Back To Me" is an Oscar Hammerstein II (lyrics) and Sigmund Romberg (music) song from the operetta "The New Moon", which premiered on Broadway on September 19, 1928. It was turned into a move in 1930 and again in 1942.

Design of label is German and has the Brunswick "stars" - ruling out 1929 and American.
(One title is from a German film).
