xiphophilos 22nd Jun 2019		Powidldatschkerln (a.k.a. Powidltascherln) are small bags of dough (Tascherln) filled with plum jam, a sweet specialty of the Austrian and Czech cuisine, cooked in boiling water like ravioli and eaten covered with breadcrumbs browned in melted butter and dusted with powdered sugar.
