| | This record has the number C under the catalog number. Still not sure what the letters L, N, or C mean. These letters seem to appear in 1931.
UPDATE: R. J. Wakeman with Tim Gracyk in "Brunswick "Light-Ray" and Panatrope Era -- And Beyond", page 22, explain that on 1930-1931 labels, Brunswick marked records cut in New York with N, in Los Angeles with L. I can now add that the C stands for Chicago. |
