The matrix numbers on my copy seem to have been switched erroneously between the two songs by the type setter of my copy's labels:

The British Bing Magazine's Bing Crosby Discography lists both sides like this:

Date: 23 April 1932
Location: Chicago
Label: BRUNSWICK (US)
JC8593-A Waltzing In A Dream - 2:31 (Ned Washington, Bing Crosby, Victor Young)
Bing Crosby (voc), Isham Jones and his Orchestra (orc)

Date: 16 September 1932
Location: Mission Street, San Francisco, California
Label: BRUNSWICK (US)
Bing Crosby (voc), Anson Weeks and his Orchestra (orc), Eddie Lang (gtr)
SF11-A Please - 3:11 (Leo Robin, Ralph Rainger)

"Please", the hit song from "The Big Broadcast", was apparently one of Bing's earliest great hits.

On this earlier label, which lists U.S. Pat. 1,637544 still below the Brunswick logo and not at the bottom of the label, the matrix number for "Please" is correctly listed as 11:
