Notes

Vocalist(?) on "Little Dutch Mill" obscured by stamp!
Both tracks sub-titled in German

B Side: Freddy Martin And His Orchestra and is from "New York Town". Curiously, this film was only released in 1941, which leads me to suspect it may have been a broadway musical or a play formerly, but I cannot substantiate this. I am basing the release date by an impress on the shellac near the label that reads:

Mechan. Copt. 1934

The shop sticker, by the way, is from a famous store in Berlin that had not only a large selection of German labels (like this) but also specialized in importing foreign records:

Alberti, Berlin W50, Rankestraße 54

Sometimes, you'll find Victor or British His Master's Voice records that have the Nipper logo pasted over by a sticker saying "Special Record". This was done because Victor and HMV didn't have the right to use the Nipper trademark in Germany (only Deutsche Gramophon did). Many of these "Special Records" may have been sold by Alberti.

Here is a small collection of these Special Record stickers:

Nice record. I believe that this is actually a German issue (note shop sticker). Brunswicks with an "A" prefix followed by six digits are French. Those with the "A" prefix and three, four, or five digits are German. That which we refer to as the catalogue or stock number of this 78, is actually the A 9553 on the left. (The "6781 A & B") is the issue number of the original U.S.A. Brunswick).

[Thanks. Made the necessary changes. Mod.]
