 A Windsor ad in Sets in Order, June 1955, page 19 confirms your suggested release date, but also shows that the records with and without calls were issued separately.

Windsor 7142 (this record here) is the instrumental version without calls, whereas the version with calls was released as Windsor 7442.

I think each one was issued as a 2 x 78rpm pack one 78 with calls & on 78 without vocal calls. Pack including a print out sheet of square dance moves.
