I've found another one of these Black & White Record of the Month Club records on Discogs (They Say It's Wonderful / Something Old Something New, Black & White 769/770 from July 1946, pressed on blue vinyl). I now see that you've just uploaded the same record to our database (769a770b).

It seems the Record of the Month Club was not affiliated with B&W, Signature, Vitacoustic or any other label but a mail subscription service that was operating by Jan. 1946 and didn't make it beyond 1947. (source)
