 In the case of this particular record, the only difference is that your "electrically recorded" copy is earlier than the "full-range" version. The phrase "Electrically Recorded" was replaced by "Full-Range Recording" and a licensing text was added to the margins around August 1937, around the same time that other labels like Brunswick and Columbia also started to claim that they offered "full-range recording."

The phrase "full-range" is probably a claim that the newer electric microscopes were now good enough to pick up the full range of audible sound.
