 Thanks to Han for the images and to scrough for editing them. I've rearranged the labels in chronological order.

 OK 8662 - images of first and last (4th) label types added. The "not licensed" statement is characteristic for later pressings. The very last releases in this series have the bottom legend in different font.

 Added images of a black label repressing. First pressings have this layout, with the OKeh needle promotion, but list the Jan. 21, '13 patent at the bottom. I think the red labels added by andlj are later, but am not certain about this.

Also, though not listed in the above credits, that's Lonnie Johnson playing guitar on "Misty Mornin'".
