xiphophilos 22nd Apr 2020		Thanks, that is fantastic information! Unfortunately, I can't find recording dates for that Phoenix release either. At least some of the Phoenix releases featured recordings made in the U.S., yet I can't make out a U.S. Columbia matrix number on that record.



scrough 21st Apr 2020		X95 is a Phoenix (UK Columbia's ultra-cheap label) matrix. You'll find this on Phoenix 02. The Stanley Kirkby side is on Regal (UK Columbia's cheap label) G-6671



xiphophilos 21st Apr 2020		The matrix number on the B side, X95, looks very unusual for a U.S. Columbia record. Was this maybe recorded by a Columbia branch in Europe or even by an altogether different company?
