 According to the A 189 xxx, is it possible, that this is a US Odeon rel.?

 Despite the French text, the A-prefix points to this being a German or Scandinavian release, cf. http://www.concertinas.org.uk/45W/Countries.htm, but because you are in Sweden, I assume it may have been sold in Sweden and assigned it to Sweden. Without an image, we probably can't get farther.

 The text is in French, still I could find no information about a French A 189 000 series.
There are Stickers on the label "Edifo Nordisk Copyright Bureau Köbenhavn Paris"
