 added label variants A/B, same matrix #'s. "1 H 152 embossed in label, side 1; 2 (?) 14 embossed on label side 2.

 I ran across another copy of the same record, but with slightly different numbers embossed in the label: The A Side has 1-B-4, the B Side 2-A-33 (see images). I uploaded them hoping the light blue color might come across better.
